Bread sauce, turkey, stuffing and cranberry sauce. It’s bread-tastic…

Why would you have anything other than everything available? Apart from sprouts. Obviously.

If the bread isn’t starting to dissolve, you haven’t done it properly.

Freshly baked bread, turkey breast, crispy bacon, horseradish, cranberry sauce, honey roasted carrots and pork crackling for a bit of crunch. mmmmmmmm.

A Big wadge of mashed potato, fried until it has a golden crispy skin, and some mushy peas given the same treatment. A couple of pigs in blankets sliced in half longways, a piece of pork crackling and some piccalilli to finish off. In thick white bread with loads of proper butter. Mmmm, it’s getting close!

It has to have a bit of everything. Anything that is left over. I like to make bubble and squeak out of the left over brussels sprouts and put that in my sandwich. Swede & carrot mash is an essential along with turkey, stuffing and parsnips. Ummm yum! And don’t forget the cranberry sauce!
